OBT is a partner of wevalue! We are pleased to have won with OBT another well-known customer for our solution for web-based valuation. Added value with wevalue!

A few days ago, the partnership with OBT was launched with an official kick-off training session, during which the key people were trained on the tool.

Linus Furrer, Head of Management Consulting and Partner at OBT, sees numerous advantages in wevalue’s valuation application: “With wevalue we have obtained a tool for the creation of company valuations. The design of the tool guides a user in a clear and structured manner from the entry of the order, through the adjustment and neutralisation of the figures, to the evaluation and creation of the valuation report. In this way, we create a uniform procedure and appearance in this topic vis-à-vis clients and other readers of our company valuations. At the same time, we are up to date with our valuation procedure and will achieve an optimisation of quality assurance. In addition to the classic contract valuations, there is the possibility of using the tool or parts of it for internal, indicative valuations (e.g. values for sales documentation in M&A or for impairment tests/impairment of investments).”
